LeverageTek is actively seeking an Application Developer for a 9-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.


Work Location

Remote


Responsibilities

  • This resource will report to the Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager.
  • This position requires a person who takes ownership of their work, works independently, and has excellent communication skills.
  • A successful candidate will have the ability to learn the environment quickly and build positive relationships with the team and clients.
  • Will be required to create and update application documentation including operation guides, implementation guides, and requirements/specification documentation
  • Provide estimates, status and contribute to team scrum sessions and meetings.
  • Understand the importance of the user experience and user interfaces.
  • Ensure solutions are viable and cohesive with existing application.
  • Support team in all aspects of their work


Key Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Angular 19 (v18 at a minimum) and C#.NET APIs (with LINQ)
  • Must have strong front-end development skills
  • Experience working on an Agile project

  • Identify issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
  • Must be capable of big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks.
