Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant setting.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take food and drink orders accurately
  3. Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently
  4. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitization standards
  5. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
  7. Process payments using POS systems
Requirements
  1. Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred
  2. Knowledge of basic math for order taking and bill processing
  3. Familiarity with food safety guidelines and practices
  4. Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
  5. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  6. Willingness to assist in the kitchen when needed
