Position Overview:

As the Dojo Program Director at John Leroux’s World KarateFIT Centre, you play a pivotal role in showcasing the exceptional value of our programs, aligning with our reputation as the premier martial arts and leadership development academy in the city of Ottawa. Your expertise will not only welcome members into our community but also elevate their perception of our offerings, ensuring they understand and appreciate the unmatched quality and benefits of our training.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Value Articulation: Clearly communicate the distinct advantages and superior quality of our programs. Help potential and existing members understand the depth and exclusivity of our training methods, which justify our premium pricing.
  • Premium Member Experience: Foster an environment that reflects the high standards and unique culture of our dojo. Ensure that every interaction with members is personalized, thoughtful, and enriching, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Member Engagement: Engage with members to deeply understand their goals and align them with specific programs that maximize their development and fulfillment. Your approach should be consultative, focusing on how our offerings uniquely meet their needs at the highest level.
  • Sustained Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual growth. Your ability to maintain these relationships should reflect the high value members receive, encouraging long-term commitments and community loyalty.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with all dojo staff to maintain the highest standards of service and training. Lead by example in delivering the premium experience our members expect, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
