Responsibilities:

  • Weekly cost summaries
  • Daily load count reports
  • Job costing / tracking on unit rate work
  • Daily LEM reporting
  • Monthly volume tracking and invoicing support to Project Manager
  • Participation in weekly progress meetings
  • Participation in weekly supervisor and management meetings
  • Bi-monthly camp reports
  • Review daily foreman reports for coding
  • Job site visits with management and supervision
  • Scheduling reports
  • Assisting with budget estimates and quotes
  • Month end accrual reporting

Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineering Tech Diploma or Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior computer skills and technical writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
  • Willingness to work in remote area working on a rotational schedule
  • CSTS/OSSA or BSO/CSO Certification
  • Must be able to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test
