We are looking for a Sales & Executive Assistant – Calgary


A Sales & Executive Assistant is a versatile position that combines responsibilities from both sales support and executive administration. The role requires an individual who can seamlessly manage executive schedules, coordinate high-level administrative functions, and support the sales leadership team in driving the organization’s sales efforts. The assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both executive activities.


Reporting to the Managing Director, a successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools (i.e., SalesForce), and MS Office Suite (Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Analytical skills: Experience in compiling and analyzing sales data, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

What We Expect?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales & Operations Assistant or similar role in a technology or distribution organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Roles and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support for Executive Leadership:

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and provide logistical support for sales leadership and executive personnel.
  • Take meeting minutes for internal sales meetings and leadership discussions.
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials for meetings with internal teams or clients.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with managing the sales and marketing budgets and ensuring expenses are tracked.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards or reports for sales leadership and other stakeholders.

Marketing Support:

  • Help coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Tradeshow contracts and compliance coordination.
  • Inventory management of demo material in coordination with product management & marketing.

General office administration support.
