- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Responsible to professionally service HVAC equipment, accessory items, for residential customers.
- General and other inspections of all types of appliances for residential users.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.
- Adhere to all safety rules.
- Explain the benefits of newer, high efficient equipment to the customer.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Maintain company vehicle to neat, clean and safe standard.
- Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.
- The tools you need to succeed, including the tools for the job and fully stocked trucks as well as ongoing skills training and professional development programs.

- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Must have a valid full G Driver’s License.
- An asset to be registered in the apprenticeship program.
- Must be able to progress through all levels of this apprenticeship in a timely manner.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (e.g. electronics, electricity, pressures).
