Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
Production Planning:
- Übermittlung von Produktionsprioritäten und ERP-Betreuung von der Planung von freigegebenen Aufträgen
- End-to-End Planung nach bestmöglichem Nutzen aller Ressourcen erstellen und kommunizieren
- Hauptansprechpartner für die Produktion in allen planungsrelevanten Themen inkl. Teilnahme am Shopfloor
- Regelmässige Auswertungen der Produktionskennzahlen
- Erstellung der Transportdokumente für das In- und Ausland
Prozessmanagement & Systeme:
- Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Verbesserung der bestehenden Prozesse und Systeme, Bewertung im Kontext der organisatorischen Ziele sowie der Dokumentationen von Prozessen
- Verantwortlich für die Koordinierung der Aktivitäten des Supply Chain Management, Beteiligung an bestimmten Prozessen, Sicherstellung, dass diese so effizient und effektiv wie möglich arbeiten
Projekte:
- Leitung und Mitarbeit von/in Projekten innerhalb der Lieferkette
Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Erfahrungen:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Prozesstechniker/-in oder Betriebsfachmann/-frau mit 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktionsplanungsbereich
- Gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Leistungsorientiertes Denken
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Solide ERP- und Excel-Kenntnisse, von Vorteil Abacus und SAP
