CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION LEAD

Job Summary: ERIE IT Transformation lead has the overall responsibility for – a) smooth and efficient transition of Applications and IT infrastructure services; b) assessment, design and delivery of transformation projects yielding in desired, quantifiable outcome.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop suitable business transformation strategies
  • Guide leaders throughout transformational changes
  • Lead change management projects and set out desired change outcomes for the organization
  • Lead engagement with stakeholders on overcoming barriers to change
  • Assess the organization of teams to remove internal change barriers
  • Work with IT service providers and come up with joint propositions of transformation programs, assess their feasibility and manage the execution of projects that are validated
  • Track the outcome of transformation projects against their outcomes/objectives
  • Set out process change and change management across the organization
  • Review and suggest changes if necessary to the operating models, methods, processes and tools
  • Oversee organizational development processes for employee engagement and team development
  • Support hiring decisions for the organization
  • Develop staff through capability development and coaching
  • Develop on-the-job training programs
  • Conformance to agreed quality management system
  • Instill the practice of innovation & CI (Continuous Improvements) in the structure
  • Continuous focus on productivity gains, efficiency and cost savings
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

Minimal education level: Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science Technology and management

Minimum relevant experience: 15 years

  • Extensive experience in IT service delivery in a global, multi-culture environment
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to overcome organizational challenges
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Knowledge of banking domain and more specifically, investment banking
  • Knowledge of Applications and IT infra for an IT delivery center
  • Knowledge of IT security
  • Experience of working with investment banking products
  • Effective presentation skills in front of management

Résumé du poste : Le responsable de la transformation informatique de l'ERIE a la responsabilité globale de - a) la transition harmonieuse et efficace des applications et des services d'infrastructure informatique ; b) l'évaluation, la conception et la réalisation de projets de transformation produisant des résultats souhaités et quantifiables.


Principales responsabilités :

  • Élaborer des stratégies appropriées de transformation de l'entreprise
  • Guider les dirigeants tout au long des changements transformationnels
  • Diriger des projets de gestion du changement et définir les résultats souhaités en matière de changement pour l'organisation
  • Diriger l'engagement avec les parties prenantes pour surmonter les obstacles au changement
  • Évaluer l'organisation des équipes afin d'éliminer les obstacles internes au changement.
  • Travailler avec les fournisseurs de services informatiques et élaborer des propositions conjointes de programmes de transformation, évaluer leur faisabilité et gérer l'exécution des projets qui ont été validés.
  • suivre les résultats des projets de transformation par rapport à leurs résultats/objectifs
  • mettre en place un changement de processus et une gestion du changement dans l'ensemble de l'organisation
  • Examiner les modèles, méthodes, processus et outils opérationnels et proposer des modifications si nécessaire.
  • Superviser les processus de développement organisationnel pour l'engagement des employés et le développement des équipes
  • Soutenir les décisions de recrutement pour l'organisation
  • Développer le personnel par le biais du développement des capacités et du coaching
  • Élaborer des programmes de formation en cours d'emploi
  • Respecter le système de gestion de la qualité convenu
  • Insuffler la pratique de l'innovation et de l'amélioration continue dans la structure
  • Se concentrer en permanence sur les gains de productivité, l'efficacité et les économies de coûts
  • Respecter toutes les exigences légales, réglementaires et internes en matière de conformité.
