Role: Visual Merchandising Project Manager (Bilingual - French/English)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Work Hours: CST or PST hours
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in Canada)
Primary responsibility is managing the overall project cycle with a focus on the production of the visual merchandising materials process. Responsibilities will include maintaining Smartsheet project plans, managing & tracking schedules & deliverables, partnering with Suppliers & managing the production of visual merchandising assets, and ensuring shipping, warehousing, and archiving of materials.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Windows operating system and MSFT Office Suite
- Intermediate level experience in Excel
- Smartsheet experience
- 3+ years Retail Visual Merchandising project management experience
- 2+ years Multiple Retailer/Account management experience
- Key skills required: strong communication & organization; effective time management, risk management, problem solving, & negotiation; detailed budget management; leadership presence.
- Visual Merchandising asset manufacturing/production experience
- Knowledge of POP asset materials
- Field in-store retail experience
