Senior Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to: Director of Digital & Brand Strategy


We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of marketing skills and experience, including proficiency with AI tools and technologies. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive brand awareness and growth.


HERE'S HOW YOU WILL IMPACT SPC:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and coordinate marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance market research and predictive analytics.

2. Content Creation and Management

  • B2B Content Creation and Execution: Develop, execute, and manage high-quality B2B content that aligns with marketing strategies and objectives. This includes white papers, case studies, and eBooks.
  • Blog Management: Write and edit blog posts that engage the target audience, improve SEO rankings, and drive traffic to the website. Coordinate with team members to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Infographics: Design and produce infographics to visually represent data and information, making complex ideas easy to understand and shareable across various platforms.
  • Research Findings: Create detailed reports and presentations based on research findings, ensuring that data is accurately interpreted and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize content strategies and automate content creation.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Leverage AI technologies to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign automation.

4. Event Planning and Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure events align with marketing goals and brand standards.
  • Develop and enforce rules and regulations for contests and promotional events.

5. Public Relations and Communications

  • Copywriting for all campaigns to deliver consistent and compelling messaging across all channels, leveraging AI tools to enhance effectiveness.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Monitor media coverage and manage any potential PR issues.

6. Research

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and strategies.
  • Gather and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Employ AI-driven research tools to gather deeper insights and enhance competitive analysis.

7. Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Provide marketing support to other departments as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

WHAT YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies in a marketing context.
