Summary/Objective

The Sr. Full Stack Engineer has a proficient understanding of the enterprise platform, and enhances user experience in response to client requirements Responsibilities include analyzing development requirements and building test driven code; performing root cause analysis to identify issues; evaluating current systems and proposing innovative design improvements.


Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams in an agile environment to meet development initiatives based on organizational needs
  • Work with talented developers from diverse backgrounds, continually learning, and applying best practices to development
  • Gather and clarify requirements from the business team to plan, design, and develop enhancements to the existing application
  • Focus on our real time payment products using various payment methods.
  • Extensively profiling and deeply analyzing product using performance and debugging tools
  • Analyze challenging requirements, propose technical designs, and embrace feedback to build a leading-edge solution
  • Apply good enterprise development practices, develop and execute comprehensive test suites to ensure high quality of the deliverables


Supervisory Responsibility

This role does not have direct reports or supervisory responsibility now.


Education and Experience

Required

  • Moderate to advanced skills in Back end Java development
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4 years of working experience in IT development
  • Advanced knowledge of OOP principles.
  • Familiarity with HTTP protocol and RESTful APIs
  • Capable of writing and optimizing native JavaScript (ECMAScript6+).
  • Basic to moderate skills working with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, ExtJS.
  • Moderate skills working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Moderate ability to obtain and maintain server-side scalability and performance.
  • Knowledge of information architecture structure and design
  • Ability to knowledge share and act as mentor for the rest of the team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience with AWS and related services


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.


Physical Demands

Requires sitting or standing at a computer desk for extended periods of time.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Travel

Limited (5%) to no travel is required for this role.
