Position Overview:

As a Technical Lead - Full Stack, you will guide a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using Angular, Java Spring Boot, and OpenShift. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for mentoring and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers to achieve technical excellence.
  • Define the technical architecture and ensure it aligns with client business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.

2. Full-Stack Development

  • Develop robust, responsive web applications using Angular for front-end development.
  • Build and maintain scalable APIs and services using Java Spring Boot.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components.

3. Cloud and Containerization

  • Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
  • Use Docker for containerizing applications and ensuring efficient deployment.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployment.

4. Code Quality and Best Practices

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Implement automated testing using tools like JUnit, Mockito, and Postman.
  • Utilize code quality tools such as SonarQube, FindBugs, and CheckStyle.

5. Collaboration and Agile Practices

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software design and development, with a focus on full-stack web applications.
  • Expertise in Java (JDBC, Collections, Hibernate) and Spring Framework (Spring Boot).
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and SOAP-based web services.
  • Proficiency in Oracle (PL/SQL, SQL queries and procedures).
  • Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Mesh App and Service Architecture (MASA).
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and UX design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub.
  • Proficiency in build automation using Maven or Gradle.
  • Experience with development environments like IntelliJ, Eclipse, or WebStorm.
  • Knowledge of Tomcat or WebSphere servers.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
