We are offering both full-time and part-time general labor positions to the most motivated, coachable individuals to join our business. We are looking to hire skilled laborers who enjoy working outside and are motivated to do an incredible job.


Requirements:
  1. Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary); you will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects and will be a pro in no time
  2. Must have own car or reliable transportation
  3. Positive attitude
  4. Reliable and hardworking
  5. Strong communication skills
  6. Coachable

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the overall completion of projects from start to finish at a high standard of quality and in a timely manner
  2. Maintain a clean and organized site and project
  3. Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner
  4. Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work site

Compensation:
  1. $16-$21/hour depending on experience and responsibility
