Ce poste n'est ouvert qu'aux résidents du Canada qui disposent d'une autorisation de travail légale.

Exigences:
- Expérience dans l'industrie de l'habillement indispensable
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler de manière indépendante dans un environnement où tout va très vite.
- Connaissance des réglementations en matière d'importation pour les marchés nord-américains
- Connaissance de la construction des vêtements et des tissus, de la terminologie, des processus d'assurance qualité, des cycles de production et des exigences des tests en laboratoire.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation
- Excellentes connaissances des systèmes informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook et Momentis).
Les responsabilités sont les suivantes:
- Contrôler le processus de production de A à Z
- S'assurer que l'inventaire arrive à temps
- Commander tous les échantillons
- Assurer le suivi des échantillons de laboratoire, des échantillons proto, des tissus, des accessoires, des échantillons PP, des échantillons PS, des résultats des tests de laboratoire afin d'assurer une réception et une réponse dans les délais.
- Préparer les rapports hebdomadaires
- Négocier les prix avec les fournisseurs actuels
- Rechercher de nouveaux fabricants en Asie avec lesquels travailler.
- Créer et mettre à jour des calendriers d'action et des fiches de suivi des importations.
- Proposer des solutions lorsque les produits ne sont pas prêts à être expédiés.

Requirements:
- Experience in the apparel industry essential.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of import regulations for North American markets
- Knowledge of garment and fabric construction, terminology, quality assurance processes, production cycles and laboratory testing requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook and Momentis).
Responsibilities include:
- Control the production process from A to Z
- Ensure inventory arrives on time
- Order all samples
- Track lab samples, proto samples, fabrics, accessories, PP samples, PS samples, lab test results to ensure timely receipt and response.
- Prepare weekly reports
- Negotiate prices with current suppliers
- Search for new manufacturers in Asia to work with.
- Create and update action schedules and import tracking sheets.
- Propose solutions when products are not ready for shipment.
