We are seeking a passionate Web Platforms and Digital Marketing Coordinator with a strong interest in the industry and our establishments. As the Web Platforms and Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications, with your primary mission being to manage updates across all our web platforms, oversee digital optimization processes, manage digital advertising campaigns, and analyze data.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Contribute to the execution of the integrated marketing strategy for the Corner Collection brand as well as each establishment, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Communications, various departments and establishments within the group, and the entire Marketing and Communications team.

WEB PLATFORMS AND OPTIMIZATION
  1. Manage the digital platforms of all Corner Collection establishments: integrate new content according to campaigns and requests, maintain the entire digital ecosystem up to date, and optimize our websites (WordPress).
  2. Handle the sending of all newsletters via the newsletter platform (Mailchimp) and suggest optimizations based on results.
  3. Keep various tourism websites and third-party sites where our establishments are listed up to date.
  4. Maintain an e-commerce website (Shopify) for one of our establishments.
  5. Create landing pages for targeted campaigns.
  6. Analyze platform performance following communication campaigns and present a weekly report.
  7. Manage domains, hosting, licenses, and activate redirects as needed.
DIGITAL MARKETING AND PERFORMANCE
  1. Coordinate and execute the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Communications for all establishments.
  2. Analyze the various Google environments daily; Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools in place, such as heatmaps for A/B testing and optimizations.
  3. Provide solutions to improve our performance according to best practices.
PROCESSES AND OPERATIONS
  1. Oversee web and digital marketing projects by updating tasks via the department’s marketing project management tool.
  2. Manage web projects with digital marketing and web development agencies.
  3. Optimize processes by implementing best practices.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  1. You hold a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, web development, or a related field.
  2. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing department managing web projects.
  3. You are proficient with various platforms and digital tools, including CMS (WordPress), Google (Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA 4, Google Tag Manager), Newsletter (Mailchimp), and E-Commerce (Shopify).
  4. You have a solid understanding of organic and paid search practices (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  5. You have experience with CRM systems and database interaction.
  6. You possess knowledge of UX/UI and HTML/CSS (an asset).
  7. You have a strong interest in digital creativity.
  8. You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
  9. You consistently maintain exemplary service standards.
  10. You are passionate, friendly, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.

  12. You are disciplined and process-oriented, capable of working calmly in all situations.
