We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide solutions regarding customer inquiries while remaining courteous and empathetic toward their concerns and needs while working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Strive for optimal customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Respond to incoming calls with a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Furnish customers with comprehensive details regarding premium appliances.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up with effective solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians accurately.
  • Handle all customer requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer/client information within the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a call center setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in logistics is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in actively listening to customer concerns and providing empathetic solutions.
  • Collaborative team player mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed environment.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and navigate various applications simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and adeptness at prioritizing tasks.
