SOMMAIRE DE L'EMPLOI :

Sous la direction du chef comptable, le titulaire du poste, un comptable expérimenté, sera principalement responsable de la gestion du cycle comptable complet d'un ou de plusieurs secteurs d'activités adjacents au Réseau de santé Vitalité. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion des portefeuilles d'investissement.

Dans ce rôle, vous devrez soutenir la direction dans la gestion financière, gérer divers projets d'amélioration des processus opérationnels et financiers, développer des outils d'analyse financière complexes et surveiller les résultats financiers. Le candidat participera au processus budgétaire annuel, à la préparation de l'information financière et fournira un soutien pour divers rapports financiers opérationnels et officiels.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes concernée, tant dans les secteurs des budgets et de la comptabilité financière, que ceux des secteurs opérationnels. Vous vous assurerez que la configuration du système et les rapports sont conformes aux exigences et aux besoins des opérations afin de produire des informations précises et pertinentes.

Vous participerez au processus de fin d'exercice et à la préparation des états financiers annuels, ainsi que de plusieurs rapports financiers officiels. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de certains aspects financiers, selon les besoins, comme les immobilisations, etc.

Vous recherchez des informations utiles et pertinentes, les traitez, les analysez, les organisez et les intégrez dans divers modèles afin de soutenir la haute direction et de favoriser la prise des meilleures décisions possibles.

EXIGENCES :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec une spécialisation en comptabilité;
  • Désignation comptable professionnelle (CPA) est préféré;
  • Minimum de sept (7) années d’expérience pertinente dans les processus et procédures comptables et l'analyse complexe des résultats financiers;
  • Expérience pertinente en gestion de placements est un atout important;
  • Expérience pertinente en amélioration de processus et dans l’implémentation des meilleures pratiques;
  • Toute combinaison de formation et d’expérience jugée équivalente sera considérée;
  • Excellentes connaissances des principes comptables et financiers;
  • Capacité d’établir des priorités et d’atteindre des objectifs;
  • Capacité de résoudre des problématique complexes;
  • Capacité de gérer simultanément plusieurs projets à la fois;
  • Capacité d’analyse, de rédaction et de synthèse;
  • Forte connaissance et habileté avec le logiciel Microsoft Office, spécifiquement Excel;
  • Disponibilité à voyager à l’intérieur du territoire du Réseau;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d’éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
