Shilla Korean Restaurant is looking for F/T First Cooks

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $22.00~$24.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:
  1. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food
  2. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  3. Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers
  4. Involve in recruiting and hiring kitchen staff
  5. Oversee kitchen operations
  6. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  7. Inspect kitchen and food service area
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience: 2~3 years of experience in commercial cooking experience are required
  2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
