The Role In a Nutshell

  • Work as an integral part of the Design Team to design and contribute to the success of a wide array of high-end residential projects.
  • Develop design and construction drawings for residential renovations and additions that are OBC Part 9 Compliant.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure that projects are in alignment with both their vision and budget.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to develop project plans/offerings.
  • Support projects throughout the construction phase.

Experience Required:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction Technology, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar related field of study.
  • 3-5 years in residential design OBC Part 9 (preferably in renovations)
  • Advanced level of experience with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong level of knowledge of Excel
  • Drivers License and own transportation
