Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry and technical expertise in information security through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations and the creation of high-quality deliverables
  • Execute transactions through the provision of client services including planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating engagements
  • Facilitate collaboration with client engagement team prior to commencement of client work to discuss roles and responsibilities, risk areas, materiality and deadlines
  • Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value
  • Maintain high quality control by reviewing work done from other team members for accuracy and completeness; provide feedback to team members
  • Monitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status
  • Network and take a leadership role in the professional, business and local community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Assist in the development and training of team members

Skills and Experience

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Working towards a CISSP, CISA, CISM and/or other related certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in security & privacy services
  • Minimum 1 year of experience defining and implementing cyber security services & solutions
  • Excellent understanding of Cyber Security Services (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, TRA’s, PCI, etc.) and Solutions (NGFW, IPS, 2-factor authentication, SIEM, networking etc.), including architecting, configuration and installation
  • Experience with Creating and Delivering Cyber Security Services (i.e., TRA’s, PCI, Pen Testing, Cyber maturity Assessments, Cyber Security Risk Assessments for Cloud, Incident response/forensics, NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), etc.)
  • Understanding of Security and Privacy regulatory/legislative compliance (OSFI, Interac, PCI, PIPEDA, etc.)
  • Understanding of IT security and governance frameworks, such as ISO 27001/2 and COBIT
  • Experience with architecting, configuration and delivering technology-based controls.
  • Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset
  • Security Clearance is considered an asset and will be required
  • Some travel required

Responsabilités

  • Mettre à contribution son expertise du secteur et son savoir-faire technique en sécurité de l’information dans le cadre des échanges avec les clients, de la rédaction de rapports, des présentations à l’intention de la direction et de la production de livrables de haute qualité.
  • S’occuper de la planification, de l’organisation et de la coordination des mandats, y compris l’établissement des budgets.
  • Faciliter la collaboration avec l’équipe du client affectée au mandat avant le début des travaux chez celui-ci pour discuter des rôles et des responsabilités de chacun, des éléments de risque, du caractère significatif et des échéances.
  • Trouver des façons de consolider les relations avec les clients et d’offrir une valeur ajoutée.
  • Effectuer un contrôle qualité du travail de ses collègues afin d’en vérifier l’exactitude et l’exhaustivité et de leur fournir de la rétroaction.
  • Suivre la progression des travaux par rapport aux échéanciers établis, apporter les ajustements nécessaires et informer les clients de l’avancement du projet.
  • Entretenir un réseau et faire preuve de leadership auprès des professionnels, des entreprises et de la collectivité, tout en faisant connaître MNP et en développant les affaires.
  • Prendre part à l’élaboration de nouvelles idées et méthodes pour améliorer les procédures de travail.
  • Participer au perfectionnement et à la formation des membres du cabinet.

Compétences et expérience

  • Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Titre de CISSP, de CISA ou de CISM, ou d’autres certifications connexes, en voie d’obtention
  • Minimum d’un an d’expérience en prestation de services de sécurité et de protection des données
  • Minimum d’un an d’expérience en élaboration et en mise en œuvre de services et de solutions de cybersécurité
  • Excellente compréhension des services (tests d’intrusion, évaluations des vulnérabilités, EMR, normes PCI, etc.) et des solutions (pare-feu de nouvelle génération, système de prévention d’intrusions, authentification à deux facteurs, SIEM, réseautage, etc.) de cybersécurité, y compris la conception, la configuration et l’installation.
  • Expérience en création et en prestation de services de cybersécurité (p. ex., EMR, normes PCI, tests d’intrusion, évaluations de l’état de préparation, évaluations des risques liés à la cybersécurité infonuagique, réponse aux incidents ou informatique judiciaire, protection des infrastructures essentielles [normes NERC-CIP]).
  • Compréhension de la conformité aux lois et aux règlements relatifs à la sécurité et à la confidentialité (p. ex., BSIF, Interac, normes PCI ou LPRPDE).
  • Compréhension des cadres de sécurité et de gouvernance des TI, comme la norme ISO 27001/2 et COBIT.
  • Expérience en conception, en configuration et en mise en œuvre de contrôles fondés sur la technologie
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais), un atout.
