Job Title: Content Cleaner (General Labour)
Location: Saint John, NB
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Occasional weekends and on call)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Assignment Information:
Advantage Personnel is looking for a Content Cleaner to join our client's team in Saint John, NB. You'll work with Canada's leading disaster recovery and property restoration company, focusing on residential and commercial properties. They offer comprehensive services for water, fire, storm, or mold damage, setting the standard in Canada's recovery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload materials
• Transport cleaning products
• Clean job sites (dispose of garbage, clean carpets and surfaces, restore)
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Record file notes using smartphone/tablet
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Punctual and reliable • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in restoration and carpentry preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced team setting
• II CRC certification desirable
• Criminal record check necessary
Work Conditions:
Work may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the job site, exposing you to elements like dust, debris, and cleaning chemicals.
