  • 3-5 ans d'expérience à diriger une équipe de gestion performante et à développer des talents
  • Une certification Lean Six Sigma est considérée comme un atout important

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment, including cost management, production planning, inventory control, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a high-performing management team and developing talents
  • A Lean Six Sigma certification is considered a significant asset
  • Ability to demonstrate successes in driving operational improvements while ensuring daily performance
  • Highly professional attitude and diplomatic skills, ability to establish effective partnerships at all levels of the organization as a collaborative team player
  • Experience in developing, communicating, and analyzing financial performance metrics for facilities
  • Experience in food processing technologies
