Position Overview:
The Product Manager will join our Product and Marketing team within the Market Growth Operations organization, playing a key role in establishing product consistency across PomeGran’s subsidiaries and developing a roadmap to drive subscriber growth. Reporting to the head of Product and Marketing, the Product Manager will be responsible for Product Introductions and Enhancements, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Operations, Provisioning, and Field Services teams. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure end-to-end product success and problem-solve across departments, delivering on strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Rationalization: Review and rationalize the existing product portfolio across subsidiaries, creating a cohesive product suite and setting a foundation for consistent offerings across regions.
- Product Roadmap Development: Assist in developing the Product Roadmap, identifying and prioritizing new product opportunities to accelerate subscriber growth.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the introduction and enhancement of products, overseeing all phases of the product lifecycle to ensure successful launches and adoption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Operations, Provisioning, and Field Services to align product development with customer needs and operational requirements.
- Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various domains to address and resolve issues that arise during product implementation and usage.
- Market Research & Analytics: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions and ensure PomeGran’s offerings are competitive and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, ideally in a telecommunications or technology environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; bilingualism in French is a strong asset.
- Product Development Expertise: Proven experience in managing product life cycles, including product rationalization, roadmap creation, and enhancements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong market research and data analysis capabilities to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to deliver on complex projects and resolve product-related issues effectively.
- Customer Focus: An understanding of customer needs and the ability to align product strategy with market demands.
