Who you are we looking for?

An experienced Program Reporting Leadwith a minimum of10 yearspost-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

Job Description

Oversees regular and ad hoc reports from concept to completion and uses insight to identifythe best format and data interpretation to present and communicate to internal and externalstakeholders

Identifies data needs to develop high-value, actionable reporting and develops processes foridentifying and accessing relevant data essential to the development and deployment ofanalytical reports

Tracks and analyzes data to identify program and project risks and trends against establishedKPIs and regularly reports results

Works with the project teams and Program Controls to identify opportunities for improvementin reporting, tools, or techniques to improve overall quality of reporting

Develops reports based on accurate financial and project information and analyzes informationto flag potential challenges within the capital program

Qualifications
  • Recognized degree in engineering or analytics

Minimum 10 years of related experience

Expertise in data collection/management techniques and development and interpretation ofdata to determine requirements and retrieve, analyze, and deliver insights andrecommendations

Experience with data quality assurance processes, methodology and tools, quality assurancetesting and implementation methods and practices to ensure the integrity of data and toidentify data inefficiencies

Creativity in determining the format of reports and translating a range of diversedata/information into meaningful reports that support internal and external requirements

Skilled in conceptualizing approaches to meeting reporting requirements, evaluating theefficiency and effectiveness of data, and recommending enhancements to meet reportingneeds and priorities

Strong communication skills to elicit business requirements from, and provide support andguidance to, program stakeholders as they navigate reports and processes
