Responsibilities:

Must Haves:
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in a leadership role.
- Strong background in labour relations, employment law, and strategic HR planning.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business success.
- Industry experience in marine, emergency response, or related sectors is preferred.
- CPHR designation required.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
