diversified portfolio of public equities, bonds, real estate, private equity, private credit and infrastructure.


Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an interest in pursuing a demanding career in investment

management. The position requires a high level of dedication, a solid work ethic and a passion for success.

Role

The primary function of the investment analyst is to assist in the decision-making process for the private

assets portfolio which includes real estate, private equity, private credit, and infrastructure.


Responsibilities:

• Origination, analysis, and evaluation of investment opportunities including co-investments and co-

underwritings

• Preparation and presentation of reports and written investment recommendations for the

Investment Committee

• Building and maintaining financial models, spreadsheets, and databases

• Oversight and analysis of the private investment portfolio including performance measurement and

attribution analysis

• Communication with external investment managers

• Overseeing investment transaction closings

• Attending in-person meetings and conferences

• Overseeing capital deployment and capital return

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with a CFA designation preferred, prospective grads of 2024 or 2025 with a

willingness to pursue a CFA designation also considered

• The desire and curiosity to learn about and interpret in-depth information regarding industries and

companies

• A creative and critical thinker with the ability to see opportunities/threats where others may not

• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task

• Exceptional written and oral communications skills

• Proficiency in software including Microsoft Office

• Strong fit with the culture of the firm

• A passion for investing
