Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our dynamic team in Toronto. As the Community Manager, you will engage with content creators worldwide, foster a vibrant community, and drive growth and engagement across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with community members on Discord and social media to foster a positive environment.
  • Develop and share engaging content, including tutorials and updates.
  • Organize virtual events and contests to boost community participation.
  • Gather and report feedback to inform product development.
  • Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably within the tech or content creation industry.
  • Passion for video creation and familiarity with GenAI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Discord.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
