Job Title: Sr. SAP IS Oil Support ConsultantOur Oil and Gas client is seeking a Sr. SAP IS Oil Support Consultant to provide technical and functional support for SAP IS Oil solutions related to RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operations) and Pricing. The duration is 6 months. Ideally, this position is Hybrid if in Calgary; if outside of Calgary, travel will be required.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with end-users to understand their technical issues related to RFNO and pricing.
- Investigate and resolve SAP IS Oil system errors, configuration issues, and data discrepancies.
- Configure and customize SAP IS Oil modules to meet client needs.
- Provide guidance on pricing strategies and system enhancements.
- Assist in testing and deploying SAP updates and patches.
- Inform and assist end-users on SAP functionality and best practices.
- Knowledge transfer (KT) of IS-Oil skills to other consultants.
- 2+ years of experience with IS Oil module.
- 2+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with Implico SAP module for RFNO is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of RFNO processes and pricing strategies is considered an asset.
