We are seeking a talented Remote SDR to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned SDR to leverage their experience and take the next step in their career. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline, with a clear pathway to transitioning into an AE role as your leads develop into your closed business. We don't succeed unless you do
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email, phone).
- Conduct effective outreach and engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Nurture leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- As leads develop, this role will transition into an AE position, closing the deals that the individual has developed.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an SDR
- Experience selling managed services and/or implementation services for Financial Transformations, such as Corporate Performance Management and/or ERP SAAS (e.g., Vena Solutions or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of the sales process and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- A strong desire to transition into an Account Executive role

Compensation
We offer competitive commission based compensation tailored to roles, levels and locations. Your individual pay within this range is influenced by factors like work location, skills, experience and education. We prefer to work with high achievers and re-evaluate and award increased compensation based on merit. As you progress in your role, your compensation may adapt accordingly.
