Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success team to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development.
- Identify and mitigate customer churn risks through proactive engagement and support.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, acting as their advocate within Botpress.
- Utilize data and analytics to track customer health, product usage, and satisfaction metrics.
- Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in the SaaS industry, with a preference for AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and achieving business growth targets.
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and data analysis.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
