Key job responsibilities:

  1. Deliver viable designs for new programs and features from concept to deployment. Includes all current and future work across all proprietary business applications for managing a technology-enabled retail experience.
  2. Work with product management and engineering partners to create solutions that meet a high customer experience bar and fit with technology requirements.
  3. Deliver detailed design documentation and refined design standards to developers and partners.
  4. Balance design with retail operational objectives, resulting in extraordinary customer experiences.
  5. Work with senior management to prioritize your work; solicit and react to feedback, weigh inputs and priorities, and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve healthy debates.
  6. Execute designs across the portfolio and within time constraints.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes.
  2. Experience with UX design of complex workflows.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.
