You Are:
You are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in engineering or computer science, holding a degree in either field. With over 2 years of relevant experience, you are adept at ensuring the highest quality standards in product and service delivery. Your excellent communication skills in English, coupled with a keen sense of data analysis and metrics monitoring, make you an invaluable asset to any team. A certified ISO 9001 Auditor certification would be a significant advantage, showcasing your commitment to quality and continuous improvement. You thrive in environments where you can measure and monitor quality, ensuring that every product and service meets and exceeds expectations. Your proactive approach and problem-solving abilities enable you to work effectively under general supervision, making a moderate impact on your area of responsibility. You are skilled at analyzing problems of moderate scope and can communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting ISO 9001 audits to ensure compliance with Synopsys’ Quality Management System and industry standards.
- Performing conformance audits on product development processes, reports, and deliverables.
- Analyzing evaluation data and generating comprehensive audit reports.
- Providing constructive feedback on non-conformances and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting 2nd party and 3rd party audits of Synopsys’ Quality Management System.
- Contributing to the definition, generation, and monitoring of quality metrics.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of Synopsys’ Quality Management System and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
- Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or equivalent.
- Certified ISO 9001 Auditor certification (an advantage).
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods (an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis and metrics monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team, with remote members across different time zones.
- Knowledge of semiconductor development flows (an advantage).
- Proficiency in office productivity programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience with programming/coding using tools such as Python (an advantage).
