Description:

The Saint John Sea Dogs are looking for a personable and results-oriented Manager of Season Tickets

and Groups to drive sales performance and deepen relationships with our fans. As a key member of our

team, you will be the most recognizable person to our fanbase, cultivating relationships with our existing

members and seeking out new sales opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive season ticket and group sales performance by cultivating relationships with existing members and. purchasers to ensure retention and future purchases.


  • Proactively seek out and develop new relationships with prospects for season tickets and groups, nurturing these connections to generate new business and close sales.


  • Demonstrate patience, ambition, and strong communication skills while building relationships and driving sales.


  • Conduct extensive outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and engagementat games and live events.


  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including achievement of retention and new sales targets.


  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the client base.


  • Collaborate effectively with team members and report to the VP of Business Operations


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in sales or relationship management roles.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment with performance metrics.


  • Familiarity with the sports or entertainment industry is advantageous.


  • Must be organized, personable, and a problem-solver.


  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.


  • Resilience and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.


  • Willingness to engage in extensive outreach efforts, including attending games and events.


  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.


  • Essential to have a passion for hockey and a solid knowledge base of the sport.


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
