À titre de coordonnateur ou coordonnatrice des adhésions et du rayonnement, vous relèverez de notre directrice des adhésions et du rayonnement et serez chargé(e) de l’établissement et du maintien de relations avec les syndicats et les dirigeants syndicaux tout en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux membres individuels. Il s’agit d’un poste bilingue dans le cadre duquel vous serez le représentant ou la représentante francophone de Pouvoir syndical.

Vos fonctions :

  • Établir et entretenir des relations avec les syndicats clés et les dirigeants syndicaux afin d’accroître la reconnaissance de la marque Pouvoir syndical et participer aux activités prévues par notre organisation;
  • Communiquer et appliquer la stratégie, les initiatives et les programmes de notre organisation;
  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les syndicats affiliés et fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout en faisant la promotion de Pouvoir syndical et en augmentant le nombre d’inscriptions aux programmes;
  • Solliciter et faire adhérer de nouveaux syndicats au niveau national, régional et local;
  • Traduire des messages sur les médias sociaux et les bulletins d’information mensuels;
  • Élaborer des documents de promotion et organiser des réunions de prospection avec des syndicats éventuels;
  • Fournir un soutien aux membres en ce qui concerne tous les aspects des offres de Pouvoir syndical;
  • Représenter Pouvoir syndical lors de conférences ou d’autres activités;
  • Fournir des mises à jour régulières à la direction de Pouvoir syndical et aux autres parties intéressées relativement à l’exécution et les résultats de la stratégie sur les partenariats.

Nous aimerions vous rencontrer si :

  • Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (écrit et parlé);
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en matière de gestion de projet et d’organisation, qu’il s’agisse de vos habitudes de réception de courriels, de votre gestion du temps ou des informations relatives aux personnes, aux équipes, aux partenaires et aux produits que vous traitez;
  • Vous avez d’excellentes capacités de collaboration et de communication, et vous maîtrisez aussi bien la réflexion de haut niveau que l’exécution;
  • Vous êtes une personne appliquée, flexible et soucieuse du détail;
  • Vous êtes une personne extravertie et vous vous sentez à l’aise pour engager la conversation avec des gens que vous ne connaissez pas;
  • Vous êtes à l’aise, disposé(e) et capable de voyager partout au Canada;
  • Vous n’avez pas de difficulté à travailler de façon autonome.

Les principales responsabilités du coordonnateur ou de la coordonnatrice des adhésions et du rayonnement consisteront à organiser la promotion de Pouvoir syndical auprès des syndicats affiliés. Ce poste sera exercé à partir du bureau d’Ottawa et nécessitera un nombre important de déplacements. La ou le titulaire du poste devra posséder un permis de conduire valide.
