The Banking Operations Solutions Department is responsible for implementing measures to ensure the health of banking operations applications. Our application portfolio includes a dozen of cloud-based applications and some 20 third-party applications (ServiceNow, Denodo, PowerBI) that process multiple banking capabilities, like mortgage renewals, collections, bank reconciliation, processing of inactive and overdrawn accounts, mortgage granting and account pre-openings. Our team is made up of experts in IT development, project monitoring and agility who are committed to teamwork and who encourage collaboration and mutual assistance in an Agile environment where squads are the key to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan deliverables for the application and technology component. Estimate project costs, taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects.

  • Supervise and coordinate contributors involved in delivering the application and technology component. Ensure team performance and quality control and identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures.

  • Coordinate deliverables for the application and technology component. Ensure agreements, budgets and timelines are respected. Ensure performance and alignment with priorities.

  • Analyze risks and impacts for the application and technology component and develop strategies to address them.

  • Work with the project leader to manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategies for the application and technology component. Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience in IT project management.

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

  • Knowledge of French is required.
