  1. Prepare the companies' end-of-month file (reconciliations and analyses)
  2. Monitor bank accounts and loans
  3. Produce various analysis reports
  4. Update weekly financial dashboards
  5. Ensure monitoring of cash flows (accounts receivable and payable)
  6. Supervise the preparation of payroll and the management of employee files
  7. Prepare periodic government declarations and remittances (DAS, GST/TVQ, T4/R1 etc.)
  8. Knowledge of American sales taxes (an asset)
  9. Prepare and record end-of-month entries
  10. Manage customer credit and monitor receipts of all customer accounts
  11. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements by carrying out account reconciliations
  12. Review the TECs of current projects
  13. Participate in taking inventories and analyze discrepancies
  14. Participate in end-of-year processes for our 3 companies
  15. Participate in the implementation of a new ERP accounting system (Winter 2025)
  16. Participate in the budget process
