The Simple Investor Real Estate Group Inc. Burlington, Ontario, Canada (On-site)

The Role

  • Manage all investor purchase agreements from inception to closing including preparation of documents.
  • Provide reports and support to the sales team.
  • Administrative support for operations team.
  • Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports and other correspondence on time.
  • Keep track of when recurrent reports are due and meetings are scheduled, including maintaining lists of recipients and/or participants.
  • Assist and attend with the Simple Seminar
  • Managing customer relationships by accommodating preferences and maintaining professional level of communication
  • Administrative assistance during a project release.
  • Tracking of unit sales and inform clients on new release products and policies.
  • Identify and solve problems on the spot to address account inquiries.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Be a detailed oriented, passionate, and determined individual.
  • 2 years relevant experience in a real estate law environment
  • Web Forms, MLS (Multiple Service Listing) Experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word & Excel) & Excellent computer skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • real estate experiences an asset
