Le spécialiste de la CAT/CNESST offre des services de gestion de cas pour les réclamations pour lésions professionnelles à Québec, Atlantic Canada, et Les Prairies.
Tâches :
· Surveiller et gérer les réclamations pour blessure du signalement initial à l’employé qui commence à travailler en toute sécurité.
· Fournir des conseils et du soutien aux clients externes et internes pour les aider à retourner au travail et à prendre des mesures d’adaptation en cas de déficience permanente.
· Travailler avec le fournisseur interne pour s’assurer que des processus de gestion de cas sont mis en œuvre pour mettre fin aux dossiers et assurer la conformité aux paramètres juridiques de santé et de sécurité.
· Assurer la liaison avec les compagnies d’assurance, les fournisseurs externes, les professionnels de la santé et le Centre / Opérations pour favoriser les relations de collaboration ainsi que la collecte et la diffusion de l’information.
· Participer à des réunions de retour au travail, à des évaluations sur le lieu de travail, à la coordination des évaluations médicales, à la représentation dans les procédures judiciaires en tant qu’expert en la matière et aux examens de cas de la Division.
Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes :
- Bilinguisme français/anglais
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Maîtrise de l’informatique. Word, Excel
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en RH, santé et sécurité, gestion de l’invalidité
- Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de cas, la gestion de l’invalidité / des blessures / domaine lié à la santé,
Salaire: $24.70 - $31.25/h selon expérience
Quart de travail : Lundi au vendredi: de 9h00 à 17h30

Job Summary:
The Health and Safety WCB/CNESST Specialist provides case management services on occupational injury claims for Quebec, Atlantic Canada, and the Prairies.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing injury claims from initial reporting to the early and safe to work employee.
- Providing guidance and support for external and internal customers to assist in successful return to work and accommodation for permanent impairment.
- Working with internal vendor to ensure case management processes are implemented to bring files to closure and ensure compliance with legal parameters of health and safety.
- Liaising with the Insurance carriers, external vendors, health professionals and Centre/Operations to foster collaborative relationships and information gathering and dissemination.
- Participating in return-to-work meetings, worksite assessments, coordination of medical assessments, representation in legal proceedings as a subject matter expert and Division case reviews.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Proficient in computer skills (Word and Excel)
- University or College degree in HR, Health and Safety, Disability Management
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in case management, disability, and injury
Salary: $24.70 - $31.25/h upon experience
Work shift: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
