SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

Sous la responsabilité de la Contrôleuse adjointe, là où le titulaire intégrera l’équipe de la comptabilité afin de réaliser plusieurs tâches du cycle comptable.


Responsabilités

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Contribuer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels (écritures comptables, conciliation, analyses, etc.);
  • Contribuer à la préparation du budget annuel et en coordonner le suivi;
  • Contribuer au montage et au suivi des projets d’investissements (capex);
  • Préparer, améliorer et développer différents rapports de suivis d’indicateurs de performance (KPI;)
  • Coordonner la mise en place de nouveaux processus opérationnels, ainsi que d’autres initiatives ou recommandations;
  • Participe au processus d’audit interne;
  • Participe aux processus d’inventaire;
  • Répondre aux diverses demandes du siège social, rapports, indicateurs de performance.

Qualification

EXIGENCES DU POSTE

  • Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier;
  • Expérience en coût de revient
  • Connaissance de la suite OFFICE;
  • Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (oral, écrit);
  • Être membre de l’ordre des CPA du Québec (Atout);
  • Connaissance du logiciel ERP - BC (Atout).

  • Un Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance

  • 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
