Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

Job Details

  • Be the point person for data analysis for weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting.
  • Analyze current business processes, propose improvements to increase efficiency. Collect, clean and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
  • Maintain workback schedules and project tracking to ensure projects are completed on time. Work cross-functionally to get data inputs from multiple stakeholders (Sales, Project Management, Finance, Field service, Supply Chain/ Logistics) and identify solutions.
  • Tracking of reoccurring revenue contracts
  • Keep track on a weekly basis of Purchase/Sales/Inventory data. Create reports/dashboards/visualizations for senior management and identify future risks and opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor data flow and identify streamlined opportunities to utilize data

Experience Required

  • Min 2 years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, IF, LEN, INDIRECT, etc.) VBA Knowledge considered an asset.
