ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our team as the Manager of Brand Operations where you will lead the development, execution, and analysis of brand training programs that best support our employees with category, product, and brand knowledge. Your resourcefulness will collaborate with our brands through onboarding to support and operate in our stores. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  1. Develop and implement brand program and training processes that support business strategies.
  2. Ensure consistency in Category and Brand Engagement, Store Event Experience activations, and training policies for brand store visits and events.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and lead brand engagement strategies, activations, training, and operational policies for both in-store brand programs and New Store Openings.
  4. Analyze success of brand programs through routine reporting to support Sephora FSC and stores.
  5. Build effective partnership with cross-functional teams on instructional design, production, and delivery of innovative curriculums.
  6. Lead and measure status updates of program progress and overcome any implementation obstacles.
  7. Leverage data and feedback to bring strategic brand programs and activations to life and ensure reporting meets business and in-store needs.
  8. Partner with collaborators to propose recommendations, requirements, and innovative solutions to address brand and organization needs supported through qualitative and quantitative analyses.
  9. Handle management of brand portal communication and brand partner resources (including Sephora communication, vendor, platform, tool, and resource management).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
  1. You have 5-7 years of expertise in retail operations, education or brand management specializing in optimization and change management planning.
  2. You have mastered the art of crafting, implementing, and tracking effective educational programs and have experience in gap analysis to identify program needs.
  3. You have a keen eye for detail while leading and balancing multiple projects, prioritizing integrity and accuracy in your craft.
  4. Great at expressing yourself clearly and creatively, both verbally and in writing.
  5. You love working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - you build strong partnerships with cross-functional partners and work closely to achieve outcomes.
  6. You are technically savvy and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Smartsheet, Box, etc.).
  7. You're game for travel
