Il incombe au responsable service client de gérer tous les services, ateliers et événements d’un magasin Sephora donné. Il offre du soutien dans tous les domaines liés au service, notamment le Studio Beauté, le Studio Soins et le Studio Parfum (le cas échéant), ainsi que les cours en magasin.

  • Gérer le Studio Beauté. Gérer les activités d’exploitation quotidiennes du Studio Beauté, du Studio Soins et du Studio Parfum, le cas échéant. S’assurer que les coordonnateurs du Studio Beauté possèdent la formation adéquate pour gérer efficacement le Studio et diriger les services au quotidien.
  • Faire place à l’innovation. S’assurer que les conseillers beauté mettent à profit nos innovations technologiques au sein des services, et ce, tout en aidant les clients afin de leur faire vivre une expérience supérieure en magasin.
  • Veiller à l’expérience client. Gérer le système de réservation en ligne, y compris la publication de la disponibilité des conseillers beauté et des cours offerts. S’assurer que les niveaux de dotation sont suffisants pour soutenir une augmentation des services, tout en veillant à l’efficacité du processus de contrôle des clients.
  • Gérer les événements. Gérer tous les événements en magasin avec l’équipe service. S’assurer que tous les événements sont planifiés et dotés de façon appropriée afin de maximiser à la fois l’apprentissage du client et les occasions de vente du magasin.
  • Assurer la formation et le perfectionnement. Gérer le processus de perfectionnement et de certification des conseillers beauté. Leur offrir des possibilités d’accroître leurs compétences artistiques chaque fois que c’est possible.
  • Évaluer le rendement et le perfectionnement. Participer à toutes les situations de gestion du rendement, et ce, pour toutes les questions liées au Studio Beauté ou aux subordonnés directs. Veiller à ce que les membres de l’équipe reçoivent en temps opportun de la rétroaction à des fins d’amélioration et assurer un suivi, le cas échéant.
  • Être passionné par les clients. Agir régulièrement à titre de responsable en service dans le magasin. Collaborer avec les conseillers beauté et les clients dans l’aire de vente.

  • Vous possédez deux à quatre ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire dans un magasin ayant un volume de vente équivalent ou de l’expérience interne équivalente.
  • Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, et la capacité d’influencer avec clarté et concision les partenaires d’affaires à tous les échelons.
  • Vous avez une capacité éprouvée à mettre sur pied des équipes en attirant et en choisissant des responsables de magasin talentueux qui sont en mesure de former et de perfectionner des membres d’équipe en vue de générer des ventes et d’offrir un service client exceptionnel.
