Ce que vous ferez
- Servir de point de contact principal pour toutes les questions liées aux préoccupations et aux besoins des clients
- Établir et renforcer les relations avec les clients pour parvenir à des partenariats à long terme
- Tenir des dossiers clients précis, en suivant toutes les mises à jour et renouvellements de contrats
- Travailler avec les équipes de vente et d'autres équipes internes pour élaborer des plans marketing stratégiques et s'assurer que les indicateurs de rendement clés sont respectés.
- Développer une compréhension approfondie de nos produits et de nos offres de services pour mieux vendre et réaliser des ventes croisées auprès des clients
Vous devrez également
- Gérer les demandes et les requêtes des clients et répondre à leurs besoins
- Restez à l'affût des comptes, en vous assurant qu'ils reçoivent des services qui correspondent à leur budget et à leurs besoins
- Rencontrez les autres membres de l'équipe régulièrement pour discuter des progrès et trouver de nouvelles façons d'améliorer l'entreprise
- Générer des rapports d'étape pour les clients et les cadres supérieurs de l'organisation
- Identifiez les occasions de vente incitative, de vente croisée et de renouvellement et communiquez régulièrement avec l'équipe des ventes
Compétences et qualifications requises
Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en gestion de comptes clients (Account Management).
Capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de jongler avec plusieurs responsabilités simultanément
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail
Antécédents avérés en matière d'atteinte ou de dépassement des quotas et de réception de commentaires positifs de la part des clients
Maîtrise des logiciels courants de réussite client et de gestion de la relation client, tels que Sales Force par exemple
