Nitrogen Fracturing Operator/Supervisor

WSG Energy Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Nitrogen Fracturing Operators/Supervisors in Nisku and/or Grande Prairie, Alberta. These positions offer an exciting opportunity for safety-conscious operators with a long-term vision to contribute to our dynamic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct N2 Fracturing operations, including coordinating bulk liquid deliveries, troubleshooting equipment, and adhering to pumping procedures at customer sites.
  • Attend pre-job meetings with customers and support Operation Managers and Field Supervisors.
  • Participate in and adhere to all Client site orientations.
Qualifications:
  • Class 1 CDL with satisfactory driving abstract, TDG, WHMIS, H2S Alive, First Aid, and CSO certification.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Mechanical aptitude, ideally in fracturing, coil tubing, or nitrogen pumping.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Requirements:
  • Operate Direct Fired nitrogen pump.
  • Rig-in / rig-out of equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with Supervisor and crew to address operational challenges.
  • Assist in equipment maintenance and upkeep.
Working Conditions:
  • Schedule: 15 days on / 6 days off.
  • Health Benefits starting on day 1 of employment.
  • RRSP Matching.
  • Pre-employment medical testing required.
