Responsibilities

What could your first experience look like?  

  1. You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing facilities or one of our many distribution centres in Western Canada. Roles available in: Lethbridge or Taber, AB, and Surrey, BC.
  2. You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
  3. You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team.
  4. You will be motivating your team to achieve established performance targets and coaching them on performance processes.
  5. You will strive to identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives (ex. reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front line employees, process changes and product & packaging waste reduction).

Who’s a good fit for the team:

  1. Successful completion of Bachelors degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management by September 2024.
  2. Must be open to relocating within Western Canada.
  3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people.
  5. Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities.
  6. Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach.
