Role Overview: We seek an experienced Data Scientist to drive data-led transformations for our clients. As a key player in the team, you will bridge the gap between technical data science teams and business leaders, ensuring measurable impact through advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end data-driven projects, from initial scoping to deployment, working closely with portfolio companies to create tangible business value.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams (data scientists, engineers) and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
  • Advise senior leadership (CXO-level) on analytics roadmaps, data-driven strategies, and how to effectively deploy analytics solutions.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to execute advanced analytics projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different industries and sectors, applying structured problem-solving approaches to complex business challenges.
  • Engage hands-on with data, working collaboratively with your team to ensure the best outcomes for our portfolio companies.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience leading technical teams in data science, machine learning, or engineering, with a proven track record of delivering analytics-driven business impact.
  • Strong understanding of data science models and engineering frameworks, with the ability to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Proven ability to advise and influence CXO-level stakeholders on analytics ambitions and strategies.
  • Experience managing complex, high-stakes projects in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Willingness to get hands-on with data and collaborate closely with technical teams.
  • Experience in consulting or corporate data science leadership is preferred
