The General Superintendent directs all phases of a construction project from pre-construction activities through final punch list. He/she has ultimate responsibility to manage all field activities required to execute the project safely, within budget, and on schedule. The General Superintendent interfaces with the client, maintaining communications while ensuring satisfaction and promoting future opportunities.
General Superintendent Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience developing operational plans and strategies that will directly impact the achievement of overall functional results.
- 8+ years of heavy civil infrastructure industry experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience.
