E-Request Coordinator

Reports to the Director of Operations. The E-Request Coordinator is responsible for scheduling requests based upon priority and coordinating with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 2-3+ years of working experiences in Project Coordination.

Working Conditions

  • In office setting and some on site work environment requires knowledge and adherence to basic safety procedures and precautions;
  • Work environment requires wearing PPE for all site work and in certain other locations;
  • At times requires driving to visit sites, clients or suppliers to pick up samples;
  • Full Health and Safety training required (Working at Heights, WHMIS);
  • Follow Health and Safety standards on site; and
  • Flexible to work overtime as required.

Job Specific Duties

  • Create E-Requests schedule by Division to ensure all department has better visibility;
  • Ensure e-request log is updated;
  • Communicate with FM and PM directly if any concerns;
  • Understand Breakdown for WW division for repeated product with no change on Window;
  • Coordinate with purchasing to make sure all update on SEM with in 24 hours and expedite as per priority given by FM or PM;
  • Work closely with scheduling team and Production managers to make sure slot has been booked for production;
  • Learn and implement costing tool for E-Request for all products; and
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
