Job Title: Sales Manager (NOC 60020) Position Available: 1 Company Name: EZWAY AUTO Business Adress: AVE NW, Suite 204, Edmonton, Alberta, T6N 1B2 Job Type: Full-time, 3-Year Contract Wages: $84,318.00 annually with 30 hours per week Work Schedule: 6 hours shift Day shift, Monday to Friday, weekend availability Job Description We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with the ability to: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and market share; Lead and oversee the sales team, provide guidance to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue; Build and maintain strong local and overseas customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from initial contract to post-sale follow-up; Monitor both local and overseas market trends, competitor activities as well as customer preferences to optimize sales; Implement price and credit policies for all services and cars to be sold Hire, recruit, and supervise whole sales team members, develop and implement training programs to enhance teams skills and product knowledge; Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and adapt strategies accordingly; Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns Manage team budget, allocate resources effectively to achieve financial targets Job Requirement: Completion of diploma or bachelors degree in business or related field Minimum two years of proven working experience as sales representative or in related field is required.
