Administer the hiring process and ensure staff get proper training and development. Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance while fostering an effective and supportive workplace. Exploring and developing job roles, descriptions, salary, and performance evaluation methods. Enforce company policies and lead the disciplinary processes to maintain a productive, respectful work environment. Lead collective bargaining discussions, mediate workplace conflicts or complaints, and propose effective resolutions. Managing employee pay and benefits, training, support programs, and ensuring fair treatment and opportunities for all employees. Conduct regular evaluations of HR policies and procedures to determine their effectiveness and identify necessary revisions. Organizing and managing employees performance evaluations and ensure feedback is provided. Manage HR information systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Developing and suggesting improvements to employee benefits, health programs, and safety practices. Job Requirements: Completion of Secondary School is required.
